Our Rooms

Our rooms are lovingly decorated with the belongings of our individual residents. Each room is uniquely arranged with personal items and is a reflection of the woman who resides in it. We aim to make the rooms that we offer as home-like as we can and personal belongings reflecting individual personalities is the best way to accomplish that.

 Included in the rent for our rooms is: weekly housekeeping, basic utilities (excluding phone and cable), laundry services, medication reminders, group activities and three home cooked meals a day. Our staff strives to meet the needs of each of our residents 24-hours a day.

We serve up to 14 women at any given time. We recently underwent a significant renovation which gave each of our rooms a new private bath. Many of our rooms have Ocean views. Our rates vary, however, as a non-profit organization we work hard to keep them affordable for residents and families. The Main House

A photo of our front parlor. It is painted a muted pink and there are three visible windows overlooking Lothrop St. There is a soft pink high-backed chair to the right. On the right side of that chair is a piano. On the right side of the piano are two high-backed chairs with a blue and green striped pattern. Above and behind those chairs is a large golden mirror hanging on the wall. In a small alcove with two visible windos sits a round table and two chairs along with two large potted plants. On the far left side of the photo is a small couch and coffee table adorned with a long lace runner. At the center of the room is a large muted pink and blue floral carpet.

On either side of the fireplace sits a high-backed chair with arms. Beside the chair on the right is a round table with an ornate lamp sitting in front of a floor-to-ceiling window. The dining room can be partially seen through a pocket door on the left of the photo. A portion of the couch and coffee table can also be seen.

A photo of our dining room. The view is from the table closest to our social room. There are two large oblong tables with a blue tablecloth, white candles and a small pot of yellow flowers in the center of the closest table. Four chairs can be seen and six place settings, each with a floral placemat, red cloth napkin and a setting of silverware, teacup and saucer, and bread plate along with coasters for drinks, tea bags, salt and pepper sakers and dishes of sugar packets. There is one chandelier showing, which has candle-like bulbs on curved arms coming out from a central pendant. There are two windows at the far end. On the right side of the windows sits a fireplace with a mirror set into the wood framing of the mantel and surround. On the left side of the window is a wooden china hutch. Lace valances hang from the top of the large, bright windows.
